Course Content
Week 1: Introduction to LinkedIn and set up
By the end of this session, we'll ensure that your profile(s) accounts are set up and ready to go (and everything's working as it should. I'll give you an indepth tour of LinkedIn and it's features so that you can find your way around. We'll also discuss the different types of accounts - personal vs business, creator mode and also whether you need to pay for linkedin.
Week 2: Profile optimisation
By the end of this session, you'll have all the tools you need to ensure your profile is sufficiently optimised so that you show up successfully in the searches. We'll discuss filling in all the profile sections, the images and your headline so you can show off your business to the utmost advantage (and I'll show you some shortcuts too).
Week 3: Strategies for growing connections and followers
By the end of this session, you'll have developed some strategies to help you grow on LinkedIn without even posting. We'll be talking about connection limits on LinkedIn, how to find your ideal client, how to attract their attention, and how to get them to connect with you.
Week 4: Best practices for posting
By the end of this session, you'll know LinkedIn's top practices for actually posting on LinkedIn. We'll cover how to find ideas of what to post, when to post, how often to post, what hashtags to use and what each of your posts should include for success.
Week 5: How to write an engaging post using storytelling
It's all very well posting, but we want you to stand out from your competitors, so in this week's session we'll talk more about how to write engaging posts. We'll talk about how to write, the storytelling frameworks you can try and what to do to get attention.
Week 6: Analytics, Selling in the DM's and Other useful information you need to know
This week will be driven by you as we answer your final questions. We'll also cover analytics and how to use them, discuss some methods of cold outreach you could try for making sales, and we'll discuss what not to do on LinkedIn.
